Who we are

First Choice Internet Ltd is an IT company in Japan. Our main business areas are:

  • Internet Activities – Web Design, Web Hosting etc.
  • IT Consulting – mainly SAP Consulting

This website serves at giving you an overview of our activities, helps you to find and to contact us and provides some services to our customers.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

If you contact us using the contact form you have to provide personal data and contact information so that we can provide an appropriate answer and know how to contact you.  We will not use this information for any other purposes.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How we protect your data

All website data is stored in a physically protected computer connected to the Internet. This data is regularly updated to offsite location which is also physically proctected. Servers include firewalls, spam protection software and various security software. The server’s software is regularly updated.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In case of a data breach we will immediately disable external Internet access. Secondly we ‘ll investigate extend and origin of the breach. External Internet access will be enabled again once we are sure that the system is safe again.

What third parties we receive data from

We don’t receive any data from third parties.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We don’t use user data for any such purposes.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

If requested by legal authorities we will grant access to our servers.
